Wow, it's looking awesome!
WOW is right, I agree with Janny!
wonderful depth and interest in your Elizabeth!
Thought of you as I was playing with wool with a friend. She really admired the twinchie you sent me!

I like this very much. More than the first version. Richer and deeper looking. :)
I think you did; it just keeps getting better and better!
Yes, I like this one better with all the depth and texture. And I like the warmer tones for the complexion. I'm an Elizabeth fan and absolutely hate the portraits of E when she was older and hiding her pox scars under talcum. If I can go back in time to visit with her, I will tell her about pancake makeup. :)
Wow Linda this is really awesome.
Fantastic painting. Looks beautiful. Love it.
Oh my gosh! Yes completely agree with all the other comments, this is even better... so rich, sensuous and deep - not unlike the monarch herself lol! Particularly like the dark grungy edges. Beautiful!
Yes, now it looks like a vintage, aged piece that's been here for years, but has kept it's beauty. She is so beautiful, Linda.
Awesome !!!!!!! what more can I say?
I love the aged photo effect, please do tell me, is this a clipping mask? I know you have a lot :)I want to try this.
I agree that this version is an improved one. The change of colour and the reduced contrast between the hair and the background giver her more substance.
Hi, Linda! This is tremendous! Love this hybrid work! :-)
Oh my yes - that works! You're getting so clever with this digital stuff!
I love the effects you get Linda and agree that this version is even better than the first one. Her eyes are wonderful.
You did good. I love this one it has got a softer and gentle look. Great work.
Wow Linda, superb work, all of them.
I love the way you have combined both digi and your real painting.
You can now have so many different versions!
I also love your sensitive sketch waiting for a piece of wood.
Can't it stay a sketch? - it's that good.

Hi Linda,
Sorry, I didn't e-mail you to let you know that I was going to the Beetroot Tree today as, I was going with my sister and although she likes alot of the art and makes, she calls it,'arty farty stuff', whizzes round the places I like, so I would have to go on my own and spend more time there! I love her to bits mind!
I'm fascinated by the 'Angelina' and think I may already have some in my creative stash that was bought from Steff ?Frances, who creates mostly in silk media. It was in a pack with colour coordinated fabrics, threads etc.
Have you been to 'Peartree Yard' on Town Street, Sandiacre? It's a jumble of a place but, it has lots of 'stuff' for creative folk at very reasonable prices.
Kind regards,
Sandie xx
Hmmmmmmmmm, don't know - I like both equally, well actually I think I like the un-photoshopped one better by a smidge.
xxxxxxxxxx
Retired? And so young. Lucky you!
I bet alot of us wish we would have time to create....
Lucky you!!! :)
This is fantastic. I love it.
This version is mysterious, rich, I love it!
It looks fabulous, Linda! Big hugs! :-)
Another stunning piece Linda , I love your work xx
I don't see it as an improvement, but just as different. Each unique within their own right. What fun to create!
