Arty Girlz Challenge

As its my favourite colour, I just had to have a go at the Arty Girlz challenge this week!
'The challenge is to have the colour BLUE as the main feature on your creation. '
I used techniques I've learnt from Sarah.
I stuck down torn print and patterned paper, dry brushed over with white and blue paint, stamped using a white stamp pad, added pictures from magazines and finally doodled the writing freehand. It measures 9" by 6" approx.
Actually the main thing I've learnt from Sarah is to be brave and not think too much about what you're doing but just have a go.
Linda x

PS Some of you have asked if I'm going to show the last 4 pages from my Journal in full. I'm still working on them and want to show them when they are finished.

Soooo pretty, Linda. And I love the words. Your thought to 'just have a go' is a good one...very helpful to a procrastinator like me!

This is beautiful Linda - and your doodled freehand writing is amazing - I thought it was a stamp or rubons when I first saw it.
Gorgeous.

You are one talented lady...this is stunning!!! AND your lettering looks fabulous (you clever girl).

I love that stamp you have used along the top (you used it on my ATC) and I would love to get one!

You do "blue" so well!

Gorgeous page. I love your handwriting. It is just what my taped pages need. You'll see what I have started and when I get my lettering on it, I think you'll see what an inspiration you've been!

Many thanks for being brave and also for sharing the adventure!
